What You'll Be Doing:
?? Account Wrangler Extraordinaire: Resolve facility and hospital billing and collections issues like a pro-within 1-2 working days. You're the go-to person for untangling tricky accounts!
?? Smooth Operator: Maintain a focus on working 50 accounts per day, ensuring timelines and attention to detail are your top priorities.
?? Persistence Pays: Review and pursue unpaid accounts 120 days+ with determination. You love following through and seeing results.
?? Feedback Guru: Provide feedback to the manager about registration processes and accurate information to help the front-end level up!
?? AIS Expert: Knowledge of AIS is a MUST-show us your skills!
